We are Piano Thai Restaurant & Bar, a recent addition to Bridge Road’s World famous dining district. We aim to remain true to traditional Thai recipes albeit with a modern twist of finesse to transform your dining experience Our contemporary food is created by highly experienced Thai chefs and designed to be shared traditionally, banquet style. The generously sized meals work to combine the contrasting and powerful Asian flavours of hot, sour, salty and sweet also suggest a wine to enjoy. Chef’s The Piano Restaurant & Bar is headed up by ex Longrain chef Tommy. Signature dish The Piano crispy duck with lightly spicy soy dressing and dotted with leaves of crispy Thai basil.
